Ethereum eyes $10K by July? BlackRock joins the staking party, so experts say there are chances

-

Ethereum is on a serious roll. Picture this, in just the last week, Ethereum funds have sucked in nearly $1 billion in fresh cash.

The price? It’s jumped about 4% in the last 24 hours, hitting $3,600 in the time of writing.

And if you zoom out a bit, ETH is up a juicy 20% over the past seven days, 43% over the last month. Bullish af!

Staking Ethereum

Now, the big guns are turning their eyes on Ethereum ETFs. Ever since their debut last summer, Ethereum ETF inflows have stacked up to $5.5 billion. Modest, but really nice amount of money.

But yesterday, the financial giant BlackRock filed to add staking to its Ethereum ETF. Oh yeah, staking, the magical word that means earning passive yield on your ETH holdings.

And BlackRock’s not the only one jumping on this gravy train, as iShares also filed to add staking.

This is a clear signal, institutional demand for Ethereum is heating up like a Saturday night at your favorite corner deli.

Correction?

Let’s throw in some more good news, SharpLink Gaming just dropped an extra $115 million worth of ETH into the pot, bringing its total stash to 353,000 ETH.

That makes SharpLink the biggest corporate owner of Ethereum, flexing those muscles in a big way.

Now, let’s not get carried away, because Ethereum’s price is still 26% shy of its ATH, sitting at $4,878. So there’s room to run, guys.

Technical indicators? They’re flashing caution and excitement at once. ETH’s RSI just shot above 80, which usually means easy there, tiger, it’s in overbought territory.

Plus, experts warn that the MACD indicator is hitting peaks last seen during May and December of last year. December triggered a cold spell, so some are waiting for a short correction.

Stars align?

But here’s the thing, ETH was oversold for months before this jump, and now the market’s riding a fresh wave of momentum.

So, analysts say an Ethereum price of $4,000 as early as August is looking quite real, with a big move towards $5,000 by year-end not out of the question.

With BlackRock backing staked Ethereum ETFs and institutional money pouring in, we might just be witnessing the dawn of a new Ethereum era.

Could ETH smash $10,000 by July 2025? If the stars align and the market keeps dancing right, don’t bet against it.
