SHIB dev calls out MetaMask for Shibarium support

-

Kaal Dhairya, a leading developer for Shiba Inu, has playfully called out MetaMask over some pressing issues with Shibarium.

In a recent post on X Dhairya urged MetaMask to step up and address these concerns.

Collaboration and integration

Dhairya referenced a MetaMask post that highlighted SHIB as one of the top dogs, the five most swapped tokens on the Ethereum mainnet over the past week.

This recognition is a big deal since many Layer-2 protocols, including Shiba Inu and other Ethereum-based tokens, rely heavily on MetaMask for integration and accessibility.

Dhairya emphasized how important Shibarium is to the MetaMask network and expressed the need for support.

This hints at some technical or integration issues that have been submitted to MetaMask’s support team but haven’t been addressed yet.

“We have a few open tickets for Shibarium waiting for some attention from you for a while.”

Action needed

Dhairya’s post isn’t just a gentle nudge, but it’s also a way to keep the Shibarium community in the loop about ongoing efforts to fix these issues and to thank them for their patience.

He added a sense of urgency by urging MetaMask to fetch those fixes and promised treats for everyone. Who doesn’t love a little incentive?

Dhairya’s lighthearted approach in addressing these integration hiccups showcases the collaborative spirit of the crypto world. He’s optimistic about getting a quick response and hopes for a speedy resolution.

Fix the money

While he didn’t went into specifics about what needs fixing, it’s clear that these updates are pretty essential for ensuring everything runs smoothly on the network.

Whatever the details may be, Dhairya’s message reassures the SHIB Army that developers are actively working to keep things on track. So, fingers crossed that MetaMask steps up soon.
